I’m in love with my new Rebecca Minkoff gold sandals which are right up the ally with the Birkenstock trend. I absolutely love the bulky chunky gold ankle straps and cork sole.. but…. (as you can see) they are super hard to pull off with my narrow small feet and skinny legs :/ The bulky sandals proof too wide and big on me, my feet don’t even fill in the straps :'( and look like duck feet when I wear them with dresses, skirts and shorts. I kind of expected this to happen, it’s the reason I never bought Birkenstocks in the first place but I still love these sandals to pieces and can maybe try insoles or wearing the sandals with trousers. Most likely I will make someone else very happy by having to give them away (with incredible pain in my heart) I still think they are an absolute must have sandal and super worth to buy and think they will look amazing on most people. (I’m still going to try to style them in my wardrobe one more time) xoxo
