I was asked by the lovely Piccing team to work on a fun late Summer Trend report and ofcourse I couldn’t resist! I knew right away what I wanted to write about since I had already started to obsess over the color brown after having seen beautiful warm earthy colors more and more in magazine editorials, Instagram posts and on my favorite blogs. I loved the festival looks sporting suede fringe jackets, boho looks and loved seeing how the trend evolved to tan suede leather skirts, dark tops and 70’s looks. It’s a trend that works itself perfectly into the late summer and early fall season and I love that the trend is as easily transformed into a chic and sophisticated look as well as a down to earth boho look with simple jeans. So far I have collected brown sandals myself and I’m waiting for a suede leather skirt to come in the mail!
I collected my favorite brown inspiration looks and images and *uploaded these to my Piccing profile where I could Picc, share and shop the items I liked. Often it’s easy to find the items linked on blogs but it’s harder to find (cheaper)alternatives or items that are inspired and similar to the looks I love but just a bit different. Piccing is like my Pinterest and Instagram for shopping 😉 It gives me freedom, creativity and the tools needed to create and shop a look even though it’s inspired by someone else! I uploaded images directly to my profile after which I could “Picc” up to five items per image and choose items to shop that inspire me as well as follow profiles of others, easy peasy so to say, and a lot of fun too!
What looks are you inspired by for fall? Check out these looks on Piccing! xoxo
