I’m so excited about Drybar Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam! Instead of a spray the latest of the latest in the world of Dry Shampoo’s (and hey, fantastic hair) comes in the form of a foam, the new Detox Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam! Drybar is known for offering awesome blowouts in gorgeous locations and having a full range of amazing products, gorgeous packaging, a signature color yellow and their founder Alli Webb’s new book The Drybar Guide to Good Hair for All. I have been using the Drybar Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler (my favorite detangler), Buttercup Blow Dryer and the 3-Day Bender Curling Iron religiously and love how the Detox Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam fits right into my hair regimen.
I really cannot even explain how awesome Drybar’s latest product is.. why? Simply because I’m a notorious Dry Shampoo struggler and failure. No matter what I try and how I try it I’m always left with white powdery residue and matte hair (I call it the birds nest effect ughhhh) plus as a new Mommy I have no time for long lasting hair rituals and extended showers.
Drybar’s Detox Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam is a new, innovative formula, really the next generation of dry shampoo’s, it absorbs oils and leaves hair feeling fresh and clean between washes plus it adds lift and body to roots that need a boost and leaves hair with a fresh scent. Detox Whipped is a light, powerderless dry shampoo which leaves the hair soft and most of all without any residue! My hair ended up looking bouncy and refreshed as if it was just washed plus I loved the scent. The formula looks like whipped cream and it’s very easy to use and work trough the hair, it’s perfect for women on the go, busy momma’s and quick touch ups to extend your blowout. The lightness of the product is fantastic for almost every hair type and worked lovely on my fine hair and high lighted strands but it will not be suitable for very greasy hair or those who have been using dry shampoo to create massive volume (for that you should use a dry shampoo like the Detox Dry Shampoo) Detox Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam is THE most sophisticated and natural looking dry shampoo and the closest thing in my opinion to a fresh wash.
How to use the Drybar’s Detox Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam:
FOR USE ON DRY HAIR. Shake well. Dispense a small amount into palm. Use fingers to apply to the roots and massage gently until foam disappears completely.
